Honey Tomato Gazpacho

Directions
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; whisk together until well blended. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight.
Ingredients
Ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped - 1kg
Garlic, finely chopped -3 cloves
Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped -1 medium
Red bell pepper, chopped -1
Yellow bell pepper, chopped -1 medium
Chopped red onion -1/4 cup
Tomato juice -3 cups
Chicken broth -1 can (400 ml)
Finely chopped fresh basil -1/4 cup
Fresh lemon juice -1/4 cup
Honey -1/4 cup
Red wine vinegar -1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce -2 Tablespoons
Salt (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper (optional)
