Honey-Pecan Salmon

Directions
Preheat your oven to 425F. Mix breadcrumbs, pecans, honey and mustard. Spread the chunky mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Put the salmon in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
Ingredients
¼ cup - whole wheat panko breadcrumbs
¼ cup - chopped pecans
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon - honey
2 tablespoons - mustard
3 (5-oz) - salmon fillets
