Spiced Honey Hummus

Directions
Mix all ingredients except cilantro and Pita Triangles in a blender. Process the mixture until it become smooth. Put the smooth mixture in bowl and stir in chopped cilantro or parsley. Serve it with Pita Triangles.
Pita Triangles: Cut 6 or 8 triangles triangles from each Pita bread and bake it at 400°F on baking sheet for few minutes until it turns to lightly brown and crispy.
Ingredients
Garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed -2 cans (450 ml)
Honey-1 tablespoon
Lemon juice-1/4 cup
Olive oil-1/3 cup
Ground cumin-1 teaspoon
Tahini-1/3 cup
Minced garlic-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped-2 to 3 Tablespoons
Cayenne pepper
Toasted Pita Triangles or crackers
