Chocolate Honey Rolls

Directions
Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a bowl combine flour, baking powder, coconut oil, milk and vanilla. Mix ingredients until a dough forms. Put the dough in the freezer for about 20 minutes to harden slightly. Once the dough has firmed up, place it between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out into a rectangle shape. Drizzle half of the honey over the dough. Sprinkle cacao powder over the honey. Roll dough into a log shape. Slice the roll into 6 pieces. Place each piece (swirl side up) into a muffin cup. Bake for about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Drizzle remaining honey on top. Serve warm or cool.
Ingredients
1 cup - all purpose flour
1 teaspoon - baking powder
1 tablespoon - coconut oil
½ cup - milk
1 teaspoon - vanilla extract
1½ tablespoon - honey
1 teaspoon - cacao powder
