Asian Turkey Wontons with Mango Salsa

Directions
Whisk together all ingredients for the marinade. Pour into a large bowl with meat and mix thoroughly. Keep in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients together for the salsa. Gently press wonton skins into a mini muffin pan. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes until golden, rotating pan halfway through. Cook marinated meat, and season to taste. Top wonton cups with meat and salsa.
Ingredients
Wonton skins
1 pound - lean ground turkey (93% lean)
Marinade - .
¼ cup - low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons - honey
1 tablespoon - sesame oil
2 - garlic cloves, minced
2 to 3 teaspoons - sriracha
½ cup - green onions, chopped
Salsa - .
1 - ripe mangoes, diced
¼ - red onion, diced
¼ cup - cilantro, chopped
½ - jalapeno, seeded and diced
Juice of ½ - lime , (about 1 tablespoon)
1 teaspoon - honey
Salt and pepper for seasoning
