Honey influences the body in numerous ways depending on how you consume it. Regular consumption of honey with warm water has a helpful impact on the red blood cell (RBC) count in the blood. RBCs are primarily responsible for carrying oxygen in the blood to numerous parts of the body. The honey-tepid water mixture raises the bloods hemoglobin levels, which improves anemic conditions. Iron deficiency, anemia is a condition that happens when dietary intake or absorption of iron is inadequate, and also the oxygen carrying capability of the blood is compromised. The reduced oxygen carrying capability results in fatigue, breathing problem, and sometimes depression and other issues. Honey will negate these problems by building the oxygen-carrying capability of the blood.Building the amount of oxygen in the blood is extremely important because how healthy the body is and how simply it rejuvenates itself depends on the amount of oxygen in the blood. Preliminary research has also shown the positive impact of honey on hypertension or high blood pressure. Honey has also proven effective to improve white blood cell (WBC) count in patients undergone chemotherapy.
