Eucalyptus Honey
Eucalyptus is one of the larger plant genera with over 500 species, hence Eucalyptus honey varies greatly in color and flavor. In India eucalyptus was introduced by the British in Nilgiri of Tamilnadu. Traditionally, Eucalyptus honey has been often used in traditional honey remedies to fight cold and headaches.
